DMCA Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

SaveTikFast respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to any notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Our Role

SaveTikFast operates as a technical service provider. We do not host, store, cache, or redistribute any video or audio content on our servers. All media files are streamed directly from TikTok's own infrastructure. Our service functions as a link processor — it receives a publicly available TikTok URL and provides the user with a direct download link to the original content hosted by TikTok.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing content is accessible
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

3. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please send your completed DMCA takedown notice to:

Email: support@savetik-fast.xyz

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 12 hours
  • Review the claim and verify the information provided
  • Take appropriate action, which may include blocking the reported URL from being processed by our service
  • Notify the complainant of the action taken

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

6. Repeat Infringers

SaveTikFast reserves the right to block access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

7. Good Faith

Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting with a legal professional before filing a notice if you are unsure whether your copyright has been infringed.
